Children up to the age of 5 years old should go into the kindergarten, where they will receive special instruction.
From 7 years to 12 they are classed as a child and go into classes of there ability.
No children under the age of 12 years are allowed to take part in the snowboard classes.
NB; the kindergarten can not be pre booked.
Skiing lessons start at 10am to 12pm each morning and then from 1pm to 3pm each afternoon. 4 hours a day.
Snowboarding lessons start at 10am to 12pm each morning. 2 hours a day.
There is a ski depot to store you skis when you have finished each day next to the gondolier, and you will be given back the same skis the next morning.
Balkan PMS Travel Ltd do store your email address and postal address for order processing and invoicing purposes. We don't store your card details once you paid the deposit . You will receive payment confirmation for the deposit you have paid and copy of the receipt. There is no link between this data and your credit/debit card details for future transactions.
You must book no later than 7 days before your first day of skiing - we regret we cannot take orders later than this. You can book as early as you like, although there is usually a period between the end of one season and the release of prices for the next season where we probably won;t be able to take your order, but the website will tell you about this at the time.
